About the writer

I've been writing folk songs since 2015 and have released 3 albums and an EP to date.

As a folk singer/songwriter, my songs take you on a journey of random thoughts, fuelled by copious cups of sweet 'builders' tea, which transport you to 17th century scenes of Lords and Peasant girls, 18th century pirate ships ‘The Whydah' which sank 300 yrs ago, into the 19th century covering wars, mining tragedies and affairs of the heart.

I'm one of the Founder Members of Over Hulton Folk Club and a member of The Musicians Union, The Ivors Academy, PRS & Healthy Arts.

I also facilitate song writing workshops to individuals and groups.
